NR 220 GPS PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES

This course designed for developing an understanding of theory and practices of Global Positioning Systems particularly in the area of Natural Resources Management. Central topics include history and background of GPS, operation of GPS Rover Units, collection of GPS data in the field, data correction, and exporting data to GIS systems.
