EDEC 282 EARLY CHILDHOOD CURRICULUM I
Early Childhood Curriculum I introduces the skills of curriculum development and lesson planning. Students will learn methods of developing a creative and culturally relevant curriculum for young children. This course will introduce lesson-planning skills, goal setting and standard alignment (to the Montana Early Learning Standards), selection of appropriate materials, and assessment. Students will gain experience in planning for individual, small group and whole class activities.
